Galia Aviani, Co-Chairperson, has a BA in Social Work and coordinates projects on "Women, Peace and Security" for the Isha L'Isha Haifa Feminist Center. Galia is currently completing a degree in International Relations.

Dalia Halabi, Organization Consultant, Shatil and expert in empowerment facilitation. Dalia has great experience in social change organizations and holds a Master's degree in English Language and Conflict Resolution from the University of Tel Aviv.

Debbie Simmons, Doctorate Studies in Urban Development, Israel's Institute of Technology. She is currently the Deputy General Manager at Tefen Enterprises, an economic development company. Prior to that, she was the Manager of the northern branch of Israel Manufacturer's Association and the Manager of the Small Business Development Center in Yokneam-Megido.

Nora Boneh, Co-Chairperson, has a PhD in linguistics. She is a lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ruti Raphael - VP & Head of Professional Training at The Center for Business Training. Ruti leads the consulting Processes of Strategic Sales and specializes in management processes, business performances improvement in large organizations. In her previous position she served over 20 years as senior manager in "Bank Leumi" and as the Head of Services and Sales training division. Ruti has over 25 years of consulting experience in more than 50 large organizations of different industries in Israel and Europe.

Sharon Galperin holds an MBA degree specializing in Marketing from Tel Aviv University. She has vast experience in international marketing and sales in the high-tech industry.

Yael Navat, holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Hebrew University with a specialization in marketing and finance. Yael is licensed Investment Consultant with the Israeli Stock Exchange. Today, she is a Partner and Director of Investments in Commitment IR and teaches at the Open University, University of Tel Aviv and other colleges in Israel. In the past, she was a Director of Discount Kupat Gemel and Financial Officer in Estimotion. She also held senior financial positions in Tadiran Communications and IBI Investment Ltd.
